Raffle to Improve the life of children in Haïti

1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to all residents of Canada aged 18 and above. Staff members of the Foundation for Child and Youth Canada and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Registration Details: Each participant must complete a participation form and purchase at least one raffle ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.
3. Prizes: The raffle prizes include:
   • 2 coupons for skin care : Fatima Beauty
   • 2 coupons of $300 each for clothing : Villa Capri
   • 2 coupons of $25 each : Ardene
   • 1 coupon of $25 : The Keg
   • Trip to Cuba for 2
   • Smart Phone
   • Electric scooter
   • Spa for 2
4. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on Saturday, November 28, 2025, at 6:00 PM at RITMO CAFE AND BAR (1781 SAINT DENIS ST. MONTREAL H2X 3K4). This event will feature a Raffle Winner Reveal and a Silent Art Auction. Winners will also be contacted directly via phone or email. If a winner doesn't respond within 7 days, a new drawing will take place.
5. Prize Collection: Prizes must be collected in person at the Foundation's address with valid ID. No prizes will be mailed.
6. Use of Funds: Proceeds from this raffle will be donated to improve life for youth in Haiti.
7. Liability: The Foundation for Child and Youth Canada [ FEJ ] is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the prizes once they've been awarded to winners.
8. Privacy: Personal information gathered will only be used for the raffle's purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Acceptance of Terms: Participating in the raffle means fully accepting these terms and conditions.
